23 Countries Did Not Make The KPCS List
July 31, 03Following the release by the Chair of the Kimberly Process today, announcing the names of the states that have met the minimum requirements of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, below is the list of states that have not, to date, met the minimum requirements.
Non-compliant states will continue to enjoy trading rights until the trade embargo comes into effect August 31, 2003.
The states that have not met the minimum requirements of the KPCS are:
