The exhibit, in the student lobby of the Institute’s Robert Mouawad Campus in Carlsbad and on view through December, features images of Bette Davis, Elizabeth Taylor, Marlene Dietrich, Grace Kelly and Marilyn Monroe, each containing more than 3,000 loose Kwiat diamonds.
Kwiat, a nearly 100-year-old diamond jewelry company based in New York, loaned the gems for the “Diamond Divas” display.
