SEC Terminates Zale Investigation

Zale Corporation announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) notified them that the investigation of the company has been terminated with no enforcement action being recommended.
The SEC inquiry was revealed April 10, 2006.
“Although we are clearly focused on the business at hand, we are pleased to put this matter behind us,” commented Betsy Burton, Zale’s president and CEO.
