Gitanjali Group Introduces New Jewelry Savings Plans
April 11, 12 (IDEX Online News) – Helping consumers with their jewelry purchases, Gitanjali Group recently announced the launch of two savings plans at stores across India. The “Shagun” plan is designed for jewelry while “Swarna Mangal” is a gold price protection scheme.
The Shagun plan lets buyers invest a certain amount per month for either 12, 24 or 36 months, with Gitanjali contributing the last few installments as a bonus.
Swarna Mangal allows consumers to “book” a few grams of gold every month, with an investment price of Rs. 1,000-Rs.40,000. At the end of the plan, which runs for six, 12 or 24 months, purchasers redeem their accumulated gold in store for Gitanjali’s 22 karat gold jewelry range.
The scheme also gives buyers a 30 percent discount on making charges.
