India to Showcase its Culture and Manufacturing at JCK Las Vegas
May 28, 12The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council plans to highlight gems, jewelry and culture from India as part of the India Pavilion at the show.
The GJEPC is promoting Made in India to advance the country’s diamond and jewelry manufacturing.
“This show is an opportunity to further accentuate India’s growing recognition in the international arena as the global destination for gems and jewelry, said GJEPC Chairman Rajiv Jain.
GJEPC planned a series of events as part of the promotion activities, including daily jewelry fashion shows, Indian cuisine prepared by the Chefs of the renowned TAJ hotel in Mumbai, and an evening event that includes a dance show.
The trade fair runs June 1-4 at Mandalay Bay Hotel & Conventional Centre. More than 3,100 exhibitors and 21,000 visitors from across the globe will take part in the trade fair.
