DDC to Hold Israel Diamond Week

(IDEX Online News) – Some 50 Israeli diamond dealers are due to participate in the upcoming Diamond Dealers Club (DDC) Israel Diamond Week. The event will be held from December 3-5.

DDC president Reuven Kaufman said the unprecedented number of Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) companies coming to the event was a clear demonstration of the critical role of Diamond Clubs. 

Kaufman said participants in the event will have a special opportunity to do business with one another in a secure environment, network, exchange ideas, share market intelligence and update one another on the important issues facing the contemporary diamond industry. 

“The strengthening, broadening and deepening of the ties between Israeli and American diamantaires is a win-win situation,” said IDE president Yair Sahar.

He added that he hoped Israel Diamond Week would be “the first step in extensive activity that we will take together for the benefit of American and Israeli diamantaires alike.”
