Kimberley Process Launches New Web Site

(IDEX Online News) – The Antwerp World Diamond Centre (AWDC) has announced the launch of the revamped Kimberley Process (KP) website.
The new site has been designed to make it more user friendly and to provide comprehensive tools and up-to-date KP information.
The new site gathers and streamlines KP-relevant news, contact data, and official documents and includes an updated events calendar. The platform provides both KP participants and external parties with more extended tools to manage or look up information.
The AWDC is one of the four members of the Administrative Support Mechanism (ASM) of the KP along with the Israel Diamond Institute, the Gem and Jewelry Export Promotion Council and the Ghana government Diamond House. It has been assigned to coordinate between the four ASM members and is in charge of managing and optimizing KP knowledge and institutional memory.
The ASM provides logistics, organizational and communications support to the KP.
