Eurostar Using AMS And Certified Sealing Machines

(IDEX Online) – Eurostar Diamond Traders has started using the Automated Melee Sorting (AMS) machine developed by the International Institute of Diamond Grading & Research (IIDGR), a division of De Beers, for use by DTC Sightholders.

Eurostar said that using the machine was the fastest and most secure way of distinguishing natural from synthetic diamonds and would ensure that its customers received only "100% created by nature" diamonds.

The company also announced a world first, with the Certified Sealing Machine, which seals its diamonds. "As long as the seal is intact, there can be no doubt as to the authenticity of your diamonds."
