Stellar Diamonds’ Sale Generates $417,000

(IDEX Online News) – Stellar Diamonds, a West African-focused diamond development company, sold 4,414 carats of diamonds in Antwerp, generating gross revenues of $417,000.
The company said that the sale of excellent quality white stones included a 5-carat stone that sold for $5,000 per carat.
Steller withheld 1,617 carats which from the sale owing to low bids. The company said they would be added to future exports and offered for sale at a later date.
The next rough diamond sale is expected to be held in May.
