(IDEX Online News) – The recent trend of downward price movement continued for round goods this week, although there was less change in general, in either direction.

 

Movement was, once again, more limited overall when it came to fancies, with price shifts veering to the positive. Items sized from 0.4-1 carat saw the most changes, with items sized 4 carats and above also experiencing some price changes.

           

Following are some of the main changes in this week's IDEX Online Diamond Price Report.

·        0.18-0.22 cts D / VVS1-VS1 +3%

 

·        0.23-0.29 D/ VS1 +2.5%, F / SI1 and H / IF -3%

 

·        0.30-0.39 cts some changes including H / VS1-SI2 -2-3% and N / VVS2 +4%

 

·        0.40-0.44 cts negative changes including H-I / VS2 -2-2.5%

 

·        0.45-0.49 cts negative changes including H-J / VS1-2 -2-3%    

 

·        0.50-0.69 cts E / VVS1 -3% 

 

·        0.70-0.79 cts E / SI1-3 -1-3%, and F / VVS2 -3%
