Petra Sells Williamson Pink 32-Carat Diamond for $15 Million

(IDEX Online News) – Petra Diamonds Limited has announced the sale of an exceptional 32.33-carat pink diamond from the Williamson mine in Tanzania for $15 million ($463, 965 per carat).
Golden Yellow Diamonds bought the diamond on behalf of M. A. Anavi Diamond Group a diamond manufacturer and specialist in large and unique coloured diamonds.
In December, Petra sold a 23.16-cara pink stone from Williamson for $10.5 million. The company will receive 10 percent of the value uplift of the polished.
