Trans Atlantic to hold rough tender during WFDB & IDMA Presidents' Meeting

Trans Atlantic Gem Sales (TAGS) will be holding a rough diamond tender at the Dubai Diamond Exchange, Almas Tower, in Dubai later this month, September 20-27, 2019.

The tender concerns two productions from South Africa and Angola. The rough is of high quality and high colors and contains a significant number of large single stones and specials.

TAGS expects about 20,000 carats of South African goods and 20,000 carats of Angolan goods in a full range of sizes. The total value of the good on offer will be in excess of $30 million. More specific information will soon be forthcoming from the producers involved.

The TAGS tender takes place over the same time as the Presidents' Meeting of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses and the International Diamond Manufacturers Association (IDMA) that takes place September 23-25, and the ensuing 2019 Dubai Diamond Conference on the 26th September 2019.
