Registration Opens For September International Diamond Week

(IDEX Online) – Registration has opened for the next edition of the Israel Diamond Exchange’s (IDE) International Diamond Week in Israel to be held September 1-4.

"We're excited and highly motivated about bringing this event to the next level," said Moti Besser, the IDE's managing director. "For the September edition, we have joined hands with the Antwerp Diamond Bourse (Beurs voor Diamanthandel), Belgium's largest bourse, and with the Diamond Dealers Club of New York (DDC NY), making this a joint venture of the world's three leading diamond exchanges, all with the resolve to facilitate inter-bourse trading at the highest possible level."

"As we continue to develop the corporate identity of the Israel Diamond Exchange as an international, trend-setting diamond bourse, we are delighted to be working with our Belgian and American colleagues in bringing their members here. We offer a unique diamond trading platform in our bourse's huge trading halls," said IDE President Shmuel Schnitzer.

"It is an honor - and a pleasure - to continue to work closely with Reuven Kaufman of the DDC and to begin working with Marcel Pruwer of the Antwerp Diamond Bourse on this exclusive project. The September show will feature a polished diamond auction and negotiations are also taking place with other partners for the staging of other events during the week.
