Fusion/Hennig to Tender 128-Carat Yellow Diamond

(IDEX Online News) – Fusion/Hennig Tenders will be tendering a 128.18-carat fancy yellow diamond that was recently recovered from Batla Minerals SA’s Superkolong diamond tailings plant in Kimberley, South Africa.

The diamond, which has the rare characteristic of being a perfect clean octahedron sawable rough diamond, will be tendered by Fusion/Hennig Tenders in November and early December.

“Superkolong remains an important project for the Batla group and we are very proud of the progress made over the past two and a half years of ownership. The recent discovery of the Exceptional Large Fancy Yellow Diamond provides yet another validation of the project’s viability and its ability to produce stellar stones,” said Batla Minerals SA CEO, Jean Retief.

The diamond will be available for viewing in New York from November 10-13, in Ramat Gan from November 15-18 and in Antwerp from November 23-December 2.
